Flavoured Green Teas

Green teas are known for their health benefits (which can include the lowering of cholesterol and blood pressure levels) and promotion of general wellbeing. Green teas contain only a small amount of caffeine and tannin. Use half a teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before drinking. Approximately 75 cups of tea can be brewed from 100 grams.

Sencha Mint (aka Mint Green) - Green tea with refreshing cool mint flavour. $9.90 per 100g.
